We are looking for a skilled Applications Backend Developer to work on our AEM backlog and provide ad hoc support. The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe AEM and AEM Connector, as well as a strong background in developing scalable back-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own, manage, configure, deploy, and provide support to Digital Channel.
  • Extend the capabilities of AEM Assets system.
  • Provide best-practice assistance with configuration and implementation.
  • Assist in implementing standardized processes across the entire organization.
  • Backlog and Sprint Planning.
  • Test and validate.
  • Ad hoc support.
  • Comprehensive documentation.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience using Adobe AEM and AEM Connector.
  • 5-7 years of experience developing scalable back-end solutions.
  • 4-year degree in Information Systems or an equivalent combination of course work and job experience.
  • Programming experience in Java/Golang/Scala/Python/C/C++, or similar.
  • Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience creating automated code migration/deployments.
  • Hands on experience with Enterprise DevOps practices.
  • Experience in operational stability, technical hygiene strategies and techniques.
  • Must possess strong problem solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Should be self-starter and proactive in identifying and fixing issues.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks in parallel.
  • Proven experience identifying and communicating engineering best practices.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Bitbucket.
  • JIRA/Confluence.
