Key Responsibilities- Assemble cabinets and other wood products according to company standards and quality control measures.
- Work effectively with co-workers to meet production targets and achieve key performance measures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Provide regular and consistent attendance, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
- General construction experience and knowledge of woodworking techniques.
- Ability to review products and materials during the manufacturing process.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to transport up to 50 pounds regularly and remain stationary for long periods.
