Key ResponsibilitiesThe Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures, and executing essential functions related to the upkeep and accessibility of the building.
- Supervises all services at the front desk of a luxury residential facility.
- Responds promptly to phone calls, requests, and concerns, addressing all resident inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assists residents during move-in and move-out processes.
- Warmly greets residents, guests, and vendors, ensuring proper registration of all visitors.
- Follows emergency key protocols, manages key insurance policies, and oversees key control.
- Coordinates resident services, including package handling, dry cleaning, event planning, local directions, and courtesy calls.
- Performs additional tasks and clerical duties as directed by the supervisor.
- This position operates during the second shift, from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM on designated days.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a concierge or 2 years in a hospitality role.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred.
