Cybersecurity EngineerAt Webster Bank, we're committed to protecting our organization's data and systems from cyber threats. As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining security controls to safeguard our sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement security controls to protect sensitive data and systems
- Monitor and analyze security systems for potential threats and vulnerabilities
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures
- Support the engineering aspects of the Privileged Access Management program
- Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint security solutions
- Develop and implement Data Loss Prevention strategies and technologies
- Perform regular risk assessments and recommend security controls to reduce risk exposure
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on EDR, CASB, DLP, and Endpoint Security technologies
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards
- Experience with endpoint security solutions and DLP concepts
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable
