This position provides essential primary care services to patients in need of inpatient treatment. As a skilled Nurse Practitioner, you will utilize your expertise to deliver quality patient care, working collaboratively with healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Perform thorough physical exams and gather patient medical histories to inform treatment decisions.
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other support staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to maintain up-to-date medical records.
Education and Experience
- Nursing Degree: Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent (current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner).
- Certifications: Obtain certifications in ACLS/BLS/NRP/ATLS as required.
