We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Companion Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Companion Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing emotional support, assistance with daily activities, and promoting their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Encourage clients to engage in mild exercise programs and promote medication compliance
- Supervise clients during bathing, toileting, and dressing to ensure their safety
- Assist with grocery shopping and light housekeeping tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary
- Must be at least 18 years old
- One year of experience as a Companion Care Homemaker or Companion Care Provider preferred
- Ability to carry out tasks in a professional manner and adhere to policies regarding professionalism and boundaries preferred
- Must demonstrate a compassionate nature and possess strong interpersonal skills preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, supervisors, and co-workers
- Proficiency in the English language is required
- Computer proficiency required
