Key Responsibilities
  1. Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures on site, including safety protocols.
  2. Ensure ethical behavior in all aspects of the business and maintain a positive image of the company.
  3. Work with Service Supervisors to ensure safe management of job setup, travel, and return of all personnel and equipment.
  4. Collaborate with management to monitor individual employee performance and provide input on performance evaluations.
  5. Support and participate in employee job bonus programs and provide input on operational methods and techniques.
  6. Work with Service Supervisors and HR to resolve employee relations issues through corrective and preventative measures.
  7. Assist and coach Service Supervisors on their responsibilities as needed.
  8. Interact with customers, vendors, and coworkers to promote a positive image of the company.
Additional Responsibilities
  1. Assist with employee investigations and maintain confidentiality.
  2. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with hazmat, air brake, and tanker endorsements preferred.
  3. 5 to 7 years of frac experience with 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
  4. Knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  5. Ability to stand, sit, bend, or climb for long periods of time and lift 50lbs or more.
  6. Ability to work irregular hours and be on call at all times.
  7. Ability to effectively communicate and lead, and successfully solve problems.
  8. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  9. Compliance with all Stingray policies and procedures and all health and safety policies.
Work Environment

Frequent exposure to outdoor elements including wet, humid conditions and extreme heat or cold.
