Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team at Great Clips. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding haircuts to our clients while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Deliver high-quality haircuts that meet the Great Clips brand standards.
- Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest hair cutting techniques and trends.
- Meet or exceed sales and productivity targets, contributing to the success of the salon.
Requirements
- Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
