Maintenance and Repair Specialist

Bowling equipment maintenance is a critical aspect of ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers. As a Maintenance and Repair Specialist at Bowlero, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks on our pinsetters and other bowling equipment to ensure they are in proper working order.
  • Abiding by and maintaining all safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Ensuring that the shop and machine area are always clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Following a preventative maintenance program for all center equipment to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of our equipment.
  • Correcting pin jams, ball return calls, and other issues that may arise during operation.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
