Responsibilities- Ensure Safe and Quality Patient Care: Provide individualized care to patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Perform and Adapt Procedures: Safely and effectively perform procedures required by patients, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Administer Medications Accurately: Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
- Document Patient Information: Accurately document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Qualifications:
- Active, valid NJ Registered Nurse license
- ASN or Nursing diploma required; BSN preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
