Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Communicative Therapist Specialist to join our team at Resilient Healthcare.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with patients, family members, and caregivers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting Personalized Therapy Plans: Develop engaging exercises and activities tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Providing Comprehensive Support: Offer counseling and consultations to ensure patients receive the best possible care and support throughout their treatment journey.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Liaising with Colleagues: Collaborate with speech-language pathologist assistants to oversee the management of an office, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Ensuring Quality Care: Prepare and maintain speech pathology equipment and exam rooms to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Hold a Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence: Possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and be licensed in the state where Resilient Healthcare operates.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in computer software commonly used for documentation and report preparation.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Exhibit strong analytical skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to troubleshoot common software and hardware challenges.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
