About the Role

We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team, working directly with individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. As a Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to help our participants achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. A patient and compassionate approach is essential in this role, as you will be working with participants who may have complex needs and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist participants with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene
  • Support participants with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Help participants engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite hobbies
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to participants
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $21.00 per hour, paid time off, holiday pay, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including 401(k) with a 3% company match.

Requirements

No prior experience is required, but a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance are necessary for day and evening shifts.

A High School Diploma is not required, but candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
