We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cultivation Propagation Technician to join our team in Homestead, FL. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for horticulture and a commitment to excellence.
As a key member of our cultivation team, you will be responsible for assisting in the propagation, care, and maintenance of plants in the early stages of their lifecycle. You will work closely with our cultivation managers and other team members to meet production goals.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cloning, seeding, and transplanting tasks as per provided SOPs.
- Monitor and adjust environmental factors to optimize plant propagation.
- Regularly inspect plants for pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
- Ensure accurate records of plant performance, propagation rates, and environmental conditions.
