Role Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team of skilled engineers focused on integrating safety into Electrical Vehicle Systems across various vehicle divisions. Your work will involve:

  • Delivering the ideation, design, and implementation of innovative high-voltage power electronics systems.
  • Developing component specifications aligned with system performance objectives.
  • Coordinating development efforts with prototype suppliers to ensure functional hardware is available for on-road testing.
  • Contributing to the product development roadmap for advanced electric vehicle technologies through collaboration with suppliers and colleagues globally.
  • Providing regular updates to communicate project status, changes, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Travel Expectations:
Less than 25% travel is anticipated for this position.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience in automotive or aviation engineering, with a focus on translating innovative ideas into prototypes through detailed design processes.
  • Experience with electric vehicles or high voltage electronic components is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of delivering technical presentations and written reports to varied audiences.
