Donor Screener and Phlebotomist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donor Screener and Phlebotomist to join our team at our Plasma Donation Center in Wausau, WI. As a Donor Screener and Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our donors while contributing to the collection of high-quality plasma.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to customer service and quality. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and be responsible for screening new and repeat donors, taking and recording donor vital signs and finger stick results, and using our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Screen new and repeat donors to ensure their safety and eligibility for donation
- Take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results
- Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate donor compensation and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 5 pounds and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 pounds
