Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Transporting and disposing of waste materials
- Operating machinery and equipment, including compactors and forklifts
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials
- Performing tasks related to pressroom and reel room maintenance
Additional Responsibilities:
- Operating the automated guided vehicle (AGV) to supply newsprint to presses
- Physically moving partial rolls of newsprint and removing cores from presses
- Handling bundles of newsprint
