Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention and support.
- Clinical Judgment: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members to identify potential nursing diagnoses and develop effective care plans.
- Documentation and Communication: Accurately document patient information, including nursing diagnoses, expected outcomes, and selected interventions, and communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Interventions and Revisions: Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies, and revise the plan of care as needed based on evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
- Priority Setting: Use clinical judgment to establish priorities and meet patient care needs, ensuring that each individual receives timely and effective care.
- Certifications and Licenses: Current RN or LPN license for the state in which you practice, current PPD or Chest X-Ray, and current BLS card.
- Experience: One year prior nurse experience preferred.
- Enteral Feeds: Ability to administer enteral feeds and manage related equipment.
- Tracheostomy Care: Experience with tracheostomy care and management.
- Ventilator Management: Knowledge of ventilator management and operation.
- Full-time and Part-time Opportunities: Available in various shifts, including day shifts, NOC shifts, and 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts.
