Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Therapist to join our team at CustomCare Home Health Services Inc. As a Speech Language Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to patients in their homes.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care to address patients' speech and language needs
• Provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes, utilizing specialized therapeutic techniques and equipment
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Administer and interpret standardized assessments and tests to evaluate patients' speech and language abilities

• Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Therapy
• Current licensure in Texas
• Minimum of one year's clinical experience in Speech-Language Therapy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
