Join Our Team:
Cummins Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist for SUD Program to join our team in various locations throughout Central Indiana. As a valued member of our team, you will facilitate SUD groups, manage crisis situations, and maintain accurate records of services provided.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate SUD groups, creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals to share their experiences and work towards recovery goals.
  • Manage crisis issues that arise during group sessions, prioritizing the safety and well-being of participants.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of services provided, adhering to facility and professional standards.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources and individuals who have missed sessions, promoting engagement and retention.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or a related field, with eligibility for licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, and/or LMFT in Indiana.
  • At least two years of postgraduate supervised clinical experience, with a focus on group facilitation and substance use disorder treatment.
  • Strong group facilitation skills, with a solid understanding of substance use disorder treatment principles.
  • A dedicated private workspace that ensures confidentiality and minimal distractions for telehealth services.
  • The ability to provide additional services such as case management and crisis intervention when needed.
  • Becoming a Recovery Works provider and working with DCS consumers.
