Overview
Pipestone County is seeking a qualified Child Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a therapist, you will provide mental health services to children and families in the community, working closely with local schools and other agencies. Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $73k-$74k per year, based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 403b retirement plan. We also provide clinical supervision to support your professional growth and development.

Job Description
The successful candidate will have a master's degree in a human services field and experience working with children and families. You will provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as consultation and education to parents and teachers. Your duties will include:
  • Providing mental health services to children and families in the community.
  • Working closely with local schools and other agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have:
  • A master's degree in a human services field.
  • Experience working with children and families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
