Licensed Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Pharmacist to join our team at Specialty Rx in New Jersey. As a 2nd shift pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications to our long-term care facilities and assisted living communities.

• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness, potential interactions, and proper administration.
• Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
• Supervise the preparation of medications.

• Active licensure as a pharmacist with the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy.
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and accurately.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of Frameworks LTC system.

Work Schedule: 4:00pm - Closing (Monday through Friday, rotating weekends)
