EPIP is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team and drive innovation in financial management.

The CFO will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and improving our financial systems and processes. We are looking for a leader who values collaboration, inclusion, and excellence, with experience working in nonprofit organizations, preferably in legal aid, and possessing expertise in nonprofit accounting, grantmaking, and union management.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial plans to support organizational objectives
- Enhance financial reporting and analysis to inform decision-making
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the finance department
The salary range for this role is $150,000 – 180,000. This position is based at the EPIP office in Glendale, California, with occasional travel to other offices across the county.
