Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Utility/Baker Assistant to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring the highest quality of our products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and equipment from the Frosting and Baking departments to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Clean and maintain bathroom(s), floor drains, walls, floors, shelves, and surfaces to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist the Baker and Froster(s) with daily tasks, such as preparing ingredients, mixing batter, and frosting cakes.
  • Empty trash and recyclables and take them to the designated dumpster area.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team.
