Maintenance Planner

The Maintenance Planner is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities. This role involves planning and coordinating maintenance activities, working closely with maintenance managers and operations teams to develop and implement maintenance programs.

• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs, working closely with maintenance managers and operations teams.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely ordering and delivery.
• Collaborate with operations teams to meet production goals and objectives.
• Provide technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and spare parts lists.
• Update and facilitate the work-order process in our CMMS system.

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, conveyer systems, breakers, boilers, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with maintenance managers, operations teams, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, P&IDs, and procedure manuals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
