Warranty Administrator Job DescriptionCamping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to support our Service Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient warranty processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster strong relationships with customers and store staff to resolve issues and provide exceptional service.
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to schedule appointments and manage work orders.
- Assist with the write-up of customer work orders and obtain necessary warranty authorizations.
- Follow up on warranty receivables and ensure timely payment.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist technicians with diagnosis, authorization, and repairs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and regulations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year of RV experience preferred but not required.
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of equipment.
- Excellent organizational and sequencing skills.
- Working knowledge of Service Department activities, methods, and policies.
- Valid Driver's License may be required.
- Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues professionally.
- Ability to accept additional tasks and direction from management.
