Warranty Administrator Job Description

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to support our Service Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient warranty processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and store staff to resolve issues and provide exceptional service.
  • Respond to incoming calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors to schedule appointments and manage work orders.
  • Assist with the write-up of customer work orders and obtain necessary warranty authorizations.
  • Follow up on warranty receivables and ensure timely payment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assist technicians with diagnosis, authorization, and repairs as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year of RV experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and sequencing skills.
  • Working knowledge of Service Department activities, methods, and policies.
  • Valid Driver's License may be required.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues professionally.
  • Ability to accept additional tasks and direction from management.
