**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for determining customer vehicle needs, demonstrating product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**
- Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening to their requirements.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories, leading customers through proven selling steps to close deals.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the product features, warranty, and paperwork to build customer loyalty.
- Maintain customer information and contacts in our CRM system.
- Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships and encourage repeat and referral business.
- Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts, including direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.
**Requirements**
- 12 months of Automotive Sales Experience (Preferred)
- Energetic and outgoing 'people person' motivated to succeed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license
