About the Position:
This internship role is a paid opportunity that aids in Brand Activation and the execution of field marketing strategies at designated sites. Collaborating closely with the Field Marketing team, the intern will assist in the development and implementation of social media campaigns, marketing initiatives, promotions, and events aimed at achieving defined goals. This position also plays a crucial role in analyzing market trends and data to inform decisions that foster positive results and enhance community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in partnership with marketing collaborators to plan and execute engaging marketing activities and sales initiatives while adhering to budgetary limits.
  • Conceive and implement creative marketing campaigns and communications in collaboration with on-site management.
  • Execute social media strategies to effectively connect with target demographics.
  • Design marketing materials for both digital and physical platforms in accordance with brand standards.
  • Leverage industry insights and feedback data to guide decisions that yield favorable outcomes.
Community and Client Engagement:
  • Serve as a point of contact with campus departments and organizations to collect guest feedback.
  • Engage in campus and community events to raise awareness of dining services and enhance brand reputation.
  • Identify and proactively address any potential client/account challenges.
  • Encourage team collaboration to improve guest experiences and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Management, or Hospitality Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology.
  • Friendly, confident, and a team-oriented individual.
Work Schedule:
This position is part-time during the academic semester, offering a flexible schedule to accommodate educational and other commitments. The weekly hours will be determined in collaboration with the supervisor.
