Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient access and experience
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align access initiatives with organizational goals
- Clinical Operations
- Oversee clinical operations across ambulatory services, ensuring high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinical efficiency and effectiveness
- Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline access and reduce wait times
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement new workflows and technologies
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, and patients
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of access initiatives and progress
- Board-certified MD or DO in any specialty with an unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Maryland
- Advanced degree (e.g., MPH, MHA, MS, MBA) in a related field (highly desired)
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical operations at a large healthcare organization or integrated delivery system with oversight for ambulatory services
- Experience in establishing strategic priorities and implementing large-scale initiatives
- Experience in data analytics and data reporting, including familiarity with current usage of AI and machine learning
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and work with a large number of diverse stakeholders
