Insurance Defense experience is desired, with a strong preference for 1st or 2nd chair trial experience. A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and active licensure in Texas are also required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not necessary. New graduates must be in the process of preparing for and taking the Texas bar exam. Mock trial/trial advocacy experience is a must. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
