As the Senior Director, Clinical Development - Respiratory, you will be responsible for leading and managing clinical programs across all phases of clinical research worldwide. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with external co-development partners and opinion leaders, ensuring the successful execution of multiple Clinical Development Plans (CDPs) and securing necessary resources.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional clinical development teams to drive global clinical programs forward.
- Manage external co-development partners and CROs in ongoing and planned clinical development programs.
- Prepare and manage Clinical Development Plans across multiple programs.
- Partner cross-functionally with regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and other departments to ensure clinical trials comply with ICH GCP guidelines and relevant laws.
- Experience in clinical trial management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in the respiratory, pulmonary, or allergy therapeutic areas is strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with clinical data interpretation.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
