Early Childhood Educator

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational curriculum that aligns with developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards.
- Plan and execute engaging activities that promote social, cognitive, and emotional growth in children.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents through regular updates and conferences.
- Ensure compliance with all center policies and state regulations.
- Maintain a healthy and safe classroom environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in child care or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
- Ability to pass a full background check and health screening.
- Physical requirements include frequent walking, use of hands and fingers, lifting up to 40 pounds, and maintaining visual contact with children.
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
