We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ship Fitter to join our team in Newport News, VA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting and repairing ships using a variety of techniques and tools.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marine shipfitting, with a strong focus on new construction. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to read blueprints, and work at heights and in confined spaces.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for career growth and development, as well as a safe and responsible work environment.

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of 3 years of 1st class marine shipfitting experience
  • New construction experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
