Innovative Renal Care is seeking a skilled Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Your technical skills and passion for patient care will enable you to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, and patient observations.
  • Set up hemodialysis machines and ensure proper functioning.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient information and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or other state-approved certification.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Experience working with patients with ESRD and dialysis experience.
