Shift Requirements:

  • Night shifts available, specifically on Sundays and Mondays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and secure the premises, ensuring the safety of personnel, residents, and the facility.

  • Effectively communicate with law enforcement, emergency medical services, and fire departments.

Qualifications for Safety Advocates:

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
  • Completion of a 20-hour State of Illinois security training course is mandatory.
  • Preferred registration as a security officer.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Advanced de-escalation skills are preferred.
