ECommerce Clerk

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ECommerce Clerk to join our dynamic team at our East Cleveland warehouse. As a key member of our eCommerce operation, you will play a vital role in maximizing the value of our donations by identifying and selling valuable items online.

About the Role:

• Assist in the operation of our book machine and ensure our stores are stocked with books and media.
• Work collaboratively with our team to identify and process donations for online sale.
• Contribute to the growth and success of our eCommerce operation by providing exceptional customer service and support.

• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position, including frequent standing, bilateral reach, and handling ability.
