Job Title: Game Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Game Technician to join our team at Scene 75 Romeoville Entertainment Center. As a Game Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our arcade games and attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Fix broken machines and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Take calls from guests regarding game issues and provide assistance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop and game floor.
• Ensure that all self-contained games are stocked with prizes.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure staff follows all safety rules.

Requirements:

• No prior experience or training is required, but some mechanical background is preferred.
• Working knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Office Professional is required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to guests, clients, and employees.
