Our internship program offers a unique opportunity to work on a substantial project with one-on-one guidance from our experts in the Animal Health research field.
You will have the chance to network with other students with similar career interests and gain exposure to senior leaders in our company.
We will provide a 10-week Summer Internship located at our Pet Nutrition Center in Topeka, Kansas.
Responsibilities- Assist Senior Scientists in the development, testing, and management of projects involving nutrition feeding and clinical studies in dogs and cats.
- Gain valuable, real-life experience in study design and implementation, project management, data analysis, and consumer insights.
- Receive mentoring by Sr. Scientists and exposure to Sr. Management.
Must be at least a Junior or a Senior seeking a degree in animal science, pre-vet, veterinary medicine.
Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
Ability to work in the United States on a permanent and unlimited basis.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $28.00 USD.
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills, and office/market location.
In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:
- Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, and Disability insurance plans.

- Vacation/PTO: Minimum of 15 days annually.
