We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team on weekends. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for administering sound patient care practices, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining equipment and exam rooms in a neat and safe condition.
Key Responsibilities- Administer computed tomography procedures to patients, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
- Develop and implement radiation protection and safety protocols to ensure patient and staff safety.
- Maintain equipment, exam rooms, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Provide clinical services according to radiology practice standards and act as a resource to radiography students and other technologists.
- Participate in departmental performance improvement initiatives, in-services, and meetings.
- Graduate of an accredited school of radiography.
- Certified by ARRT as a Radiologic Technologist.
- State Licensure required for all INOVA non-Hospital Licensed centers.
- Must obtain CT Certification within one year of acceptance.
- Prior experience as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist and/or Computed Tomography Technologist in a hospital/healthcare environment.
- Basic Life Support certification.
