Job Title: Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Department

Stability Healthcare is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in a dynamic Emergency Department setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Travel Nurse RN to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with acute and chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
