Multifamily Leasing Director

D.R. Horton, Inc., a Fortune 500 company and the largest homebuilder in the U.S., seeks an experienced Multifamily Leasing Manager to oversee all aspects of leasing and marketing at our Edgewater, MD property. The right candidate will work closely with regional teams to meet leasing goals and develop strategic marketing plans.

• Effectively lead the leasing process, meeting closing metrics, and ensuring accurate reporting systems.
• Conduct tours, maintain the leasing center, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Manage lease expirations, secure renewals, and complete acceptance and inspection walks.
• Maintain community appearance, ensure timely repairs, and supervise business functions related to operations.

• High school diploma or GED required; three years of leasing, sales, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence others, and talent for executing sales skills.
• Proficiency in using the internet for marketing, advertising, and sales-related circumstances.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including customer relationship management programs, MS Office, and email.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,760 - $59,280, based on experience, and is overtime and bonus eligible.
