We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Technician to join our team at Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients, while working closely with clinical staff to implement programming and care plans that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care that complies with Northpoint policies and procedures.
- Attend to the safety and wellbeing of patients, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.
- Work collaboratively with the treatment team to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Ensure timely completion and accuracy of paperwork, including daily logs and forms.
- Maintain daily schedules and structure, including transport times, meal times, transition times, and other activities outside of normal programming hours.
- Function as a member of the treatment team, providing patient observation rounds and consistent monitoring of patient activities and behaviors during scheduled shifts.
