About the Position:

As a Master/Certified Volkswagen Technician, you will be accountable for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing various Volkswagen models. Your expertise will be applied to perform vehicle adjustments, calibrations, and repairs, ensuring high-quality results that meet Kendall and manufacturer standards.

Main Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose, and identify vehicle issuesPerform adjustments, calibrations, and replenishing fluidsDisassemble and reassemble vehicle componentsRepair or replace parts, using independent judgment when necessaryRoad test vehicles to ensure quality of work and resolve any remaining issuesDocument work completed and track time per manufacturer and Kendall policies

Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 5 years of prior experience as a Volkswagen technician at a dealership
  • Preferrable current Volkswagen certifications
  • The ability to work on diverse Volkswagen models with automatic and manual transmissions
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving history
  • The capacity to perform physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, squatting, and kneeling
