Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating clients for speech and language therapy needs, developing and implementing individualized plans of action, and documenting all changes in client condition.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to clients in their homes or community settings.
  • Document all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC-SLP certification.
  • 2-3 years of prior clinical experience and community-based experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid NJ driver's license.
