**The Role of a Front of House Ambassador**

As a Front of House Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Answering inbound calls to help resolve customer concerns.
• Assisting guests with questions or needs.

**Requirements:**

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in Customer Service and communications.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
