Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ICU CCU Nurse Practitioner to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a critical care specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our comprehensive practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide critical care services to patients in the ICU and CCU settings
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and education programs to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment
  • DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
