Position Overview
  • 8-10 years of extensive experience in ETL processes, specifically with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and API integration.
  • Proven track record in Informatica cloud migration initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL across various platforms including Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, and AWS Redshift.
  • Evaluate requirements for thoroughness and precision.
  • Accountable for overseeing tasks and timelines for the ETL teams.
  • Conduct requirement gathering and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling, along with a strong grasp of data warehousing concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with Star and Snowflake schemas.
  • Expertise in implementing comprehensive data warehousing solutions utilizing Informatica.
  • Lead complex ETL requirements and design, recommending and executing improvements in ETL processes and architecture.
  • Assess the actionability of requirements for the ETL team.
  • In-depth knowledge of Informatica Power Center.
  • Strong understanding of Power Center job implementation and SCD concepts.
  • Knowledgeable in defining data collection methodologies, data models, types, and outlining transformation processes.
  • Familiarity with cloud concepts and experience with Amazon Redshift is a plus.
  • Proficient in writing shell scripts.
  • Capable of designing, testing, debugging, and migrating Informatica code.
  • Adept at developing test cases based on a test matrix, including data preparation for completeness, transformations, quality, performance, and scalability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
