About the RoleThis is a non-surgical position that requires a strong background in neurosurgery and excellent clinical skills. The successful candidate will work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our team of physicians.
Responsibilities- Document admission H&P, daily progress notes, and review events of the prior 24 hours
- Recommend primary and consulting services, perform exams, prescribe drugs, and order diagnostics
- Complete H&P and document office notes, review imaging, and examine patients
- Discuss patients with physicians and provide recommendations for care
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
