Job Description

This Retail Music Equipment Technician will provide maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments, interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, and maintain store owned gear. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of instruments and help customers achieve their musical goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Maintain store owned gear, as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work
  • Additional duties as assigned
