Key Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, your primary duties will include:
- Prioritizing safety in all aspects of work
- Conducting inspections and tests on electrical components
- Installing and repairing electrical equipment and systems
- Performing routine maintenance and ensuring cleanliness in work areas to uphold safety standards
- Utilizing technical drawings and manuals for troubleshooting and repairs
- Analyzing schematics and specifications to determine operational procedures
- Documenting work activities and test results in logs and reports
- Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives within a collaborative team environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Consistent and dependable attendance
- At least three years of experience as an Industrial Electronic Technician
- Completion of an apprenticeship, technical school, military training, or a degree in industrial technology is preferred
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and installing microprocessor-based controls and other industrial electronic equipment
- Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of NFPA 70E standards
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to diagnose issues using hand tools and testing equipment
- Experience with 3-phase power distribution systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in robotics troubleshooting is a plus.
