Mixology Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Mixology Expert to join our team at Bellevue Country Club. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences and providing top-notch service at our bar.

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to our members.
• Develop and Present Bar Menu: Develop and present a menu of creative and delicious cocktails, beers, and wines that meet the tastes and preferences of our members.
• Maintain Bar Inventory and Supplies: Maintain accurate inventory and ordering of bar supplies, including spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
• Provide Exceptional Member Service: Provide exceptional service to our members, including taking orders, serving snacks and drinks, and making recommendations for food and drinks.
• Assess Member Needs and Preferences: Assess the needs and preferences of our members and make recommendations for food and drinks that meet their tastes and preferences.
• Comply with Food and Beverage Regulations: Comply with all food and beverage regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Clean and Maintain Bar Area: Clean and maintain the bar area, including the bar, tables, and surrounding areas, to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our members.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a bar or hospitality role.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of mixology and bar operations.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
